The Detail Work

The Rossi Brawler's factory forend gives you a place to hold the gun and nothing else. There's no way to set it on a tripod, and nowhere to mount a light or a hand stop. This handguard replaces it with an ARCA rail along the bottom, one M-LOK slot in that rail and three M-LOK slots on each side. ARCA is a dovetail rail standard for tripod clamps and quick-releases, and this rail is ARCA-Swiss compatible, so it clamps straight into a standard ARCA clamp with no extra plate. When you're glassing from a blind or settling in for a long shot off the tripod, the Brawler sits locked in the clamp so you can glass without holding the gun. It's the extended version of our Rossi handguards, the longest of the three at 5.25 in. (133 mm), about 1.5 in. (38 mm) wide, and it weighs 2.8 oz (80 g). It fits the Rossi Brawler in 5.56 and 300 Blackout. It drops in at the factory mounting points with no drilling, and it comes off again whenever you want the stock forend back. It's made from Nylon-12 and covered by our Limited Lifetime warranty.

  • Clamp the Brawler straight into an ARCA tripod head or quick-release, with no plate or adapter in between.
  • Mount a light, hand stop or sling point on either side with three M-LOK slots per side.
  • Get a longer hold than the shorter Brawler handguards, with more room for your support hand and accessories at 5.25 in. (133 mm).
  • Install it at the factory mounting points with no drilling, and go back to the stock forend any time.
  • Keep the front end light, at 2.8 oz (80 g) for the handguard.
ARCA Rail on the Bottom

ARCA Rail on the Bottom

The bottom rail clamps straight into a standard ARCA tripod clamp or quick-release, with no plate in between. The Brawler stays locked in place, so you can glass without holding the gun.

Three M-LOK Slots on Each Side

Three M-LOK Slots on Each Side

Three slots per side give you room for a light on one side and a sling mount on the other. One more M-LOK slot sits in the ARCA rail underneath.

Goes On at the Factory Mount

Goes On at the Factory Mount

The handguard installs where the factory forend came off, with no drilling. Put the factory forend back on any time and the Brawler is as it came.
