Rossi Brawler
Our handguards and stock adapters for the Rossi Brawler, in one place. The three drop-in handguards replace the factory forend and add M-LOK slots on both sides, with a Picatinny rail, an M-LOK slot or an ARCA tripod rail with one M-LOK slot in it on the bottom. The two stock adapters replace the factory grip with an AR-style A2 grip mount plus either AR-15 style buffer tube threads or a 1913 Picatinny rail.
Every part here mounts at an existing point on the Brawler, with no drilling, and comes back off whenever you want the factory parts back on. Each one works on its own, so you can start with a handguard, a stock adapter or both.

What Are You Looking to Do?
Start with the factory part you want to replace. A handguard replaces the factory forend, which has no M-LOK slots or other mounting points, so you get somewhere to put a light, a laser, a sling mount, a hand stop or a tripod clamp. A stock adapter replaces the factory grip, so you can fit the AR-style A2 grip and stock you want. If you want accessories up front, start with a handguard; if you want a different grip or a stock, start with a stock adapter.

Choose Your Handguard
The bottom mount is the main difference, and it sits right under your support hand. The Picatinny version is 3.45 in. (87.6 mm) long and the M-LOK version 3.25 in. (82.6 mm), both with two M-LOK slots per side. The ARCA version is longer at 5.25 in. (133 mm), with three per side, and clamps into a standard ARCA tripod clamp or quick-release. If you already run Picatinny gear, choose Picatinny; if your accessories are M-LOK, choose M-LOK; and if you plan to shoot off a tripod, choose ARCA.

Choose Your Stock Mount
Both stock adapters take an AR-style A2 grip and mount at the factory grip mounting point. The difference is how the stock attaches. The buffer tube adapter takes an AR-15 style buffer tube, sold separately, and any stock that fits that tube. The Picatinny adapter takes stocks built to clamp to a 1913 Picatinny rail, including folding designs that keep the Brawler short for a pack. If you want an AR-style collapsible stock, choose the buffer tube adapter; if you want a folding stock, choose the Picatinny adapter.

Check Before You Order
Confirm your Brawler model before you buy. The handguards fit the Rossi Brawler in 5.56 and 300 Blackout, and the stock adapters fit the Rossi Brawler only. If you're adding a stock, adding a shoulder stock to a pistol can change its legal classification, so check federal, state and local law first. Before you order, confirm your chambering, plan on buying an A2 grip if you choose a stock adapter, and keep your factory parts for the day you want to go back.

Do I need all of these parts?
No, each part works on its own. A handguard replaces the factory forend, and a stock adapter replaces the factory grip, so you can run either one, or one of each. You only need one handguard and one stock adapter at a time, since each replaces a single factory part. Pick a handguard by the bottom mount you want and a stock adapter by the stock you plan to run.
What's the difference between the three handguards?
The difference is the bottom mount and the length. The Picatinny version has a 2 in. (51 mm) Picatinny rail on the bottom, and the M-LOK version has a single M-LOK slot. The Picatinny version is 3.45 in. (87.6 mm) long and the M-LOK version 3.25 in. (82.6 mm), both with two M-LOK slots per side. The ARCA version has an ARCA rail for a tripod clamp or quick-release, with one M-LOK slot in the rail, and runs 5.25 in. (133 mm) with three M-LOK slots per side. Choose Picatinny for clamp-on gear you already own, M-LOK for the lightest front end, and ARCA if you shoot off a tripod.
What's the difference between the buffer tube and Picatinny stock adapters?
Both replace the factory grip and take an AR-style A2 grip. The Buffer Stock Adapter has AR-15 style buffer tube threads for a buffer tube stock, with the tube sold separately, and weighs 0.8 oz (23 g). The Picatinny Rail Stock Adapter ends in a standard 1913 Picatinny rail for fixed or folding Picatinny-mount stocks, and weighs 2.2 oz (63 g). Choose the buffer tube adapter for AR-style collapsible stocks, and the Picatinny adapter if you want a folding stock to keep the Brawler short.
Which Brawler models do they fit?
The two stock adapters fit every Rossi Brawler, whatever the chambering, because they mount at the grip and the barrel doesn't come into it. The three handguards fit the Rossi Brawler in 5.56 and 300 Blackout. If your Brawler is in another chambering and you want a handguard, contact us before you order and we'll tell you what we know. None of these parts fit other firearms.
Do these parts permanently change my Brawler?
No. The handguards mount at the factory forend mounting, and the stock adapters mount at the factory grip mounting point. There's no drilling or cutting on any of them. Keep your factory forend and grip, and the Brawler goes back to how it came from the factory whenever you want.
How do I install them, and what's included?
The handguards reuse the factory screws, so no hardware is included or needed. Remove the factory forend, set the handguard in its place and secure it with the same screws. The video below shows the install, and it applies to all three handguards. The stock adapters include the screws and washers to mount them in place of the factory grip, but the AR-style A2 grip, the stock and any buffer tube are sold separately. Check that everything is still tight after your first range session.
Can I put a stock on my Brawler?
The stock adapters fit the Rossi Brawler mechanically, but the Brawler is a pistol, and adding a shoulder stock to a pistol can change its legal classification. Check federal, state and local law before you install a stock. The adapters also take an AR-style A2 grip, which you can run without a stock.
What warranty do these parts carry?
Every Left Side Armory part for the Rossi Brawler is made in Coopersville, Michigan, and covered by our Limited Lifetime warranty. If something isn't right with your part, contact us directly about a warranty claim. You deal with us, not a third-party distributor.
