The Detail Work

The factory forend on the Rossi Brawler gives you nowhere to put a light, a laser or a hand stop. This drop-in handguard replaces it with a 2 in. (51 mm) Picatinny rail on the bottom and two M-LOK slots on each side, so you can set up the Brawler the way you shoot it. Picture a dusk walk to the truck: your light sits on the rail under your support hand, right where your thumb finds the switch. It fits the Rossi Brawler in 5.56 and 300 Blackout. It uses the factory mounting, needs no drilling, and comes back off whenever you want the stock look again. The handguard is Nylon-12, measures 3.45 in. (87.6 mm) long and about 1.5 in. (38 mm) wide, and weighs 3.4 oz (95 g).

  • A 2 in. (51 mm) Picatinny rail on the bottom puts a light or laser right under your support hand, where your thumb reaches the switch.
  • Two M-LOK slots per side give you room for a sling point or a small light mount without crowding the bottom rail.
  • Drops in at the factory mounting point with no drilling, and the stock forend goes back on any time you want it.
  • A textured side panel gives your support hand a surer hold than a smooth surface.
  • Covered by our Limited Lifetime warranty.
M-LOK Slots on Both Sides

M-LOK Slots on Both Sides

Two M-LOK slots on each side take a sling point or a small light mount, so the bottom rail stays free. The textured panel around them gives your support hand something to hold.

Picatinny Rail Underneath

Picatinny Rail Underneath

The 2 in. (51 mm) Picatinny rail takes the clamp-on light, laser or hand stop you already own. Your accessory sits right under your support hand.

Drops In at the Factory Mount

Drops In at the Factory Mount

The handguard goes on where the factory forend came off, with no drilling. Put the stock forend back on any time and the Brawler is as it came.
